 Description of the ?KL? sheet
The ?KL? sheet is a sheet of sliced wood veneer, joined with glue and produced from any type of wood including roots.
The slice of wood veneer is coupled to a flexible support than decorticated and sanded to a final nominal thickness of about mm. 45-50-55/10, variable according to the type of wood.
The final pliability obtained resolves and speeds up many applications of the normal sheet of wood veneer, currently extremely limited.
 Applications for the mid and big size industry
The ?KL? sheet has great possibilities of use. It can be glued on any type of wooden surface, either flat or complex, keeping in mind that for the latter is necessary to utilise membrane press. Thus, it can be possible to produce rounded, convex and anyway various panels forms.
It is optimal for chairs and bent wood industries because it also allows the application on manufactured two-way chairs.
Gluing:
Glues in urea resin either in single or double components, either liquid or in powder:
- press at temperature of 70-75 C. degrees ;
- time of press aperture: after drying reaction.
Vinyl glues:
- apply with a roll or sprayed on the product;
- lay down the ?KL? sheet
- close press at a temperature of 75-80 C. degrees
- time of press aperture: verif
