Sawn spruce of pallet quality

We are Polish company dealing in import of wooden materials for Polish market and for industry. Just now we are looking for stabile producers of sawn edged spruce of pallet quality.The materials are needed in big quantity for Polish industry for production of garden programm. Quality:pallet quality boards.
Not acceptable defects:black folling out knots, very big knots over 40-45 mm,blue (sapstain), rot, splits and shakes, holes after insects.
Quality of sawing:strigth (without waving line of cutting ), plane (without rises after each tooth of circular saw), and of dimensions according to the tolerances as under.
We need following dimensions:
1)Small thickness boards (lamellas):
-thicknesses:8,0/9,0/10,0/12,0mm with tolerances +/- 0,5mm,
-widths:98,0/100,0/125,0 mm with tolerances -1/+1mm (production on good vertical sawmill or on band-saw, or on circuliar saw),
- lengths:1700/1750/1800/1850mm with tolerance:-0/+50mm (that means that the length may be saw by a hand-electric or moto-saw, - without additional operationfor trimming on the lengths).

2) Boards and squares of bigger dimensions as for example:
24/46x86/98/130/155x1350/1800/2400mm
Tolerances in this group:
-thickness:-0/+2mm
-width:-0/+3mm
-length:-0/+50mm(also without trimming on the length). Packing:in standard packets of sizes:width 115cm,hight 110cm,length=the length of the boards.Packing without separators. We need ca 3-4 truck-loads a ca 30-32 m3 every week, and minimum is one truck-load per week. One truck-load correspond to one dimension. Raw materials-logs for the production: from the economical poit of view, the logs for the production may be of low quality and of small diametr(similar like for the production of packing elemnets for example for EUR-pallet),in order to receive competitive reasonable prices.
